Dosing Tank Bunds

The Supertuff selection of dosing tank bunds consist of a single one-piece moulding, so they are incredibly robust and extremely durable. Manufactured from virgin grade polyethylene, they commonly used within the chemical dosing and water treatment industries as containment bunds, for containing and controlling spillages and leaks. Designed to house the Supertuff range of chemical dosing tanks, these plastic bunds are able to hold 110% of the volume of the corresponding liquid storage tank.

With a stepped base feature, the containment bunds can be inter-stacked to save on storage space when not being used and during transportation. The stepped base helps to prevent them from jamming when they are nested and are needed to be separated. Produced as standard in the virgin grade material, the plastic bund tanks can also be manufactured in a wide variety of colours if required.

Available in several different sizes, designed to suit the corresponding day tanks (dosing tanks) the range of plastic bunds span from 55 litre capacities up to a massive 1100 litre capacity. Often used to house the plastic liquid storage tanks within chemical dosing systems, the containment bunds also make fitting fish inspection tanks and aquaculture tanks.
