Paring knives are used in kitchens for general purpose tasks that require more detailed attention than a regular chef's knife. The PAIRK3 comes with a razor sharp 3 inch blade that can skin, peel and chop with minimal effort. An ergonomic plastic handle provides grips well in the hand and is easily washable to prevent harmful bacterial growth. Each knife is provided a protective sheath for safe handling and can be stored in knife blocks or racks when not in use. Handles are available in a variety of industry standard colours to help identify the type of food the knife is used for.
