With a razor sharp 8.5 inch French-style stainless steel blade, the COOK8.5 is a very versatile knife that can dice, slice and chop food ingredients with minimal effort. The robust plastic handle provides ample grip for the user (even when wet) and is easy to clean which reduces the risk of bacterial build up. Every knife comes individually wrapped in a protective sheath for safer handling and to prevent the build up of dirt on the blade.
