Attached Lid Containers

Attached lid containers are heavy duty plastic crates with attached hinged lids designed to offer a secure and durable storage and handling solution and often used within many industries but ewspceially as a returnable packaging crate for retail distribution.

These containers are also known as tote boxes and attached lid crates and are manufactured from tough and durable virgin polypropylene but of course we also have a range of eco friendly plastic boxes made from recycled materials. Our Eco tote boxes offer a cost effective alternative and are suitable for non-food contact applications. These recycled plastic boxes are perfect for the retail distribution and warehousing, transportation and logistics, waste and recycling and removals industries.

The attached lid container or tote box is a popular storage container often used for office moves and household moves. Their durable and secure design also makes them very effective for use at events and exhibitions, helping to protect their contents such as paperwork or valuables, keeping them securely contained. To further enhance the plastic crates security Supertuff offer tamper evident seals on request. Once in place the seals prevent the plastic storage boxes from being opened without the seal breaking and the attached hinged lid is prevented from being removed whilst seals are in place.

Many of these tote boxes have a European standard sized footprint enabling them to be used for many industrial storage applications. Able to be stacked onto a Euro pallet efficiently utilising all of the available space, these Euro containers are ideal for import and exports. The attached lid containers are designed to stack and nest, stacking when the attached hinged lid is closed and then nesting when the plastic container is not in use. Ideal for saving on storage space and for return journeys the plastic storage crates can save up to 75% of the required space when nested.
