Constructed with a stainless steel frame, this trolley has good hygienic qualities with capacity for the six rotationally moulded 30 litre ingredient bins included. The advantage of using a rotational moulding process for the bins derives from the more structurally strong and seamless shape which is produced. Without any hard-to-reach corners, the boxes are easy to clean and can withstand frequent heavy use. As standard, the ingredient bins are provided with lids which not only cover the contents when not needed, but also allow these containers to stack for more efficient storage. The trolley is situated on four swivel castor wheels, making the trolley easy to move even when full laden. To reduce the risk of cross-contamination, the bins are available in a spectrum of colour options, helping you to assign ingredients to different colours.
